FOR A DREAM STAY
A large terrace completely surrounds the ground floor of the house. You can enjoy the view at different times of the day from sunrise to sunset. Devote yourself to reading, fitness to birdwacthing, associated with moments of relax ation that can end until late at night observing the wounderful summer night skies.
Present on the ground floor of the house, it has three large balconies that directly overlook the terrace. Bright and spacious, the kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, electric oven, toaster, TV, sofa, and a large central table that represents the gastronomic meeting point to savor the local products of the high Caserta tradition and our extra virgin olive oil.
The outdoor area adjacent to the terrace is surrounded by a garden with a large lawn that overlooks the nicknamed valley of the “agnolo” in which there is a barbecue to cheer the pleasure of eating outdoors. Fruit trees and ornamental plants complete the rusticity of the environment.
A huge mulberry tree shadows one of the stairs that leads to the car park area, below the house from which you reach the property’s entrance gate.
