In September, we invite you to participate in a residential Qi Gong and Sound Bath seminar in a special place, at the enchanted Podere Arcangelo Michele, nestled in the green hilly landscape of the upper Caserta region, near the springs of Lete water.
Through the practice of Qi Gong and Sound Bath we will have time to reconnect with the parts of us that we often fail to take care of. We will have the opportunity to create a space of presence and listening to ourselves. These will be days of sharing in which to experiment, create and live with others in contact with the simple power of nature.
Experiential Qi Gong workshop
Qi Gong experiential workshopIn these two days through meditation, the dance of the 5 animals, conscious breathing and an encounter with the earth, we will learn to observe the signals our body gives us, we will listen to our belly to connect with existence. The practice will give us grounding, centring and harmony with our deepest self. Our vital energy will be regenerated, our body more elastic and strong, our mind clearer and our spirit pacified.
Sound Bath
The experience of the sound bath is comparable to a sound massage that, thanks to the principle of resonance, generates vibrations that foster greater inner peace and connection between body, spirit and mind. It reduces stress and lightens the mental load, helping us to stimulate and rediscover our intuition and creative power.

For lunches and dinners we will be welcomed by a small restaurant with traditional and genuine cuisine near the Podere.
Things to bring
– Comfortable clothes, costume, pullover for the evening;
– Shoes for walking;
– A mat and pillow (cover optional) for the Sound Bath.

The total cost of the seminar is €290, all inclusive.
