The first day, May 17, will be held at the Polo Didattico, Piazza Oderico da Pordenone, 3 – Rome. On May 18 and 19, the event will take place at the Conference Hall of the Città dell’Altra Economia, Largo Dino Frisullo snc, Ex Mattatoio Testaccio – Rome.

What do the 8 Kobervitz lectures really entail?
This year marks the 100th anniversary of biodynamic agriculture. The first gathering of farmers took place during Pentecost in 1924 with a series of 8 lectures that marked the beginning of a movement of global significance. A century later, the Association for Biodynamic Agriculture invites experts, farmers, researchers, and educators to a conference during Pentecost 2024 to explore the key points of the original lectures and outline the goals for the next 100 years. The event is organized in collaboration with organizations in the fields of organic agriculture and ecology.

The opening day will feature an event open to the public on May 17 at the Polo Didattico, Piazza Oderico da Pordenone, 3 – Rome. The conference will continue on May 18 and 19 to provide a deeper exploration of the topic.
A farmers’ market will be held in conjunction with the event, featuring workshops and organic food tastings.
